We'll be giving away a shopping cart full of Co+op Basics items valued at $75 to one lucky winner and making a $75 donation to The Food Pantries for the Capital Region. Win the gift of healthy food and support an organization in our community that provides healthy foods to many of our neighbors.

Enter by midnight on Tuesday, December 12th by taking the following steps:

  1. Follow Honest Weight Food Co-op on Facebook
  2. “Like” the "Honest to Goodness Giveaway" post at the top of our page
  3. Tag two friends in the comments below

That's it! A winner will be announced December 20th.

One of the seven cooperative principles is “Concern for the Community.” Providing healthy foods for the whole community has long been a priority for food co-ops because we believe access to good food is a right, not a privilege. And for decades now, co-ops have been working to provide more affordable products while maintaining high standards of nutrition and quality.

That’s where Co+op Basics comes in. Co+op Basics is a program that provides shoppers with low prices every day on nearly 500 products throughout the store. You’ll see great pricing on many of your favorite household brands like Thousand Hills, Greek Gods, Field Day, Seventh Generation, Organic Valley, Equal Exchange and CLIF. Enter the Honest-to-Goodness Giveaway for a chance to do good and get good groceries!

The small type: Promotion runs 11/29 through 12/12. Winner will be announced and notified on December 20th. No purchase necessary to enter or win. Actual prize items may vary from the photograph. You must have a Facebook account to enter. Good luck!
