It's the beginning of November here in the Capital District but this warm weather is great for turning on the grill. Our fresh Swordfish grills beautifully with some fresh lemon or lime while it's over the fire.
It serves up great with some butter or olive oil and fresh Parsley or Cilantro. It's enjoyable on a cool, fall evening.
