About our Food and Ingredients:
Our food is made fresh from scratch using only natural ingredients, following our strict buying policies, which you can read about in our Food & Product Manual. We always offer vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free alternatives. Our chefs use organic ingredients whenever feasible, and have partnered with local farms to provide us with our eleven most-used fruits and vegetables throughout the summer.

  • Hot Bar  Breakfast offerings include vegan, gluten-free, and traditional breakfast burritos, along with made from scratch sweet and savory breakfast dishes. At 11AM, we switch to our lunch and dinner menu, which changes daily. See it here!

  • Grab 'n' Go  A variety of fresh, made-from-scratch salads, sandwiches, quiches, and more for when you're just passing through or grabbing something to take home!
  • Made to Order  We can make sandwiches to your liking, with a variety of breads and fillers, including vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free options. 
  • Rotisserie Chickens  NEW! We now offer Freebird Rotisserie Chickens, hot, fresh and ready-to-go.

The Prepared Foods Department follows these guidelines, detailed in our Food and Product Manual.

  • An organic bread choice is always offered for sandwiches, in addition to existing offering.
  • Preference is given to available local, regional, seasonal, organic ingredients, whole grains, and whole grain products.
  • The following offerings are provided on a daily basis. Everything is labeled with all ingredients. Should you have food sensitivities, please confirm ingredients with department staff:
    • Fully Organic
    • Items without Gluten ingredients (not made in a Gluten-Free facility)
    • Dairy-Free
    • Vegan
    • Raw Food and Juice
    • Combinations of the above will be available on a rotating basis
    • Soups with diverse ingredients to provide choices for nightshade, allium, or other food intolerances
    • Baked Goods made without sugar
  • The legally defined allergens; milk, eggs, fish, shellfish, wheat, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts are
    prominently labeled on each offering as required by applicable laws and regulations.
    • Although not legally defined, products made without gluten ingredients are prominently
  • If a processed product is used in a recipe, all of its ingredients are listed on the label. The same applies to any product that is sourced from an out-of-house supplier.
  • Efforts are made to use environmentally friendly product packaging that is currently known to be the
    least toxic, most biodegradable and/or recyclable, as appropriate for the application.
