Honest Weight Food Co-op is a consumer cooperative, which means that it is owned by the people who shop here. Consumer owners and member-owners exercise their ownership by investing in co-op ownership interests, patronizing the store, and electing a board of directors to hire, guide, and evaluate the management who run day-to-day operations.

Bulk Buddies Program
The Environment Committee seeks Members to serve as Bulk Buddies providing support to shoppers improving Zero Waste awareness. Members will provide live demonstrations, bulk best practices, how to shop in bulk, increase DEI, and promote the "Double Up Food Bucks" program.

Front Of House
Help provide steller prep based work in the Food Service Front of House.
3-hour shifts are available Monday (7am-10am & 2:30pm-6:30pm), Tuesday (3pm-6pm), Wednesday (3pm-6pm),Thursday (7am-10am & 3pm-6pm), and Sunday (3pm-6pm). Duties include; Prep for Front of House, Packing for our Grab-N-Go Wall, Cleaning, Sandwich Making, etc.

Housekeeping
Weekly evening shifts from 7-10pm on any night of the week. Clean throughout the store and support the store closing team.

Stocking, prep and cleaning. shifts available on Tuesdays (1-4pm, 4-7pm), Thursdays (8-11am, 12-3pm), and Sundays (1-4pm, 4-7pm).
