  • associate positions start $1 above NYS minimum wage. Effective January 1, 2024 our minimum starting wage will increase to $16.00/hour

What does Honest Weight look for in an applicant?

We are looking for strong candidates who choose to participate in a community which embraces cooperative principles, shares resources, and creates economic fairness in an atmosphere of cooperation and respect for humanity and the earth. Some key characteristics we look for in prospective employees include experience and/or interest in the fields of business, food service, hospitality, natural living, grassroots organizations, agriculture, and community involvement.
