Full-Time Positions
Cooperative Leadership Manager (General Manager), $120,000-$145,000/year
Food Service, Front of House Associate, $16.00-$18.00/hour
*Food Service employees receive additional $1.00/hour shift differential
Part-Time Positions
Meat and Seafood Associate, $16.00-$18.00/hour
Food Service Front of House Associate, $16.00-$18.00/hour

Benefits and perks of Honest Weight employment include:

- associate positions start $1 above NYS minimum wage. Our minimum starting wage is $16.00/hour
- paid vacation/holidays/sick days, starting at 37 days per year for full-timers (PTO is available for all employees)

- true living wage adjustments for all employees at 3 years of service — we calculate a true living wage to be $18.00/hour, effective January 1, 2023

What does Honest Weight look for in an applicant?
We are looking for strong candidates who choose to participate in a community which embraces cooperative principles, shares resources, and creates economic fairness in an atmosphere of cooperation and respect for humanity and the earth. Some key characteristics we look for in prospective employees include experience and/or interest in the fields of business, food service, hospitality, natural living, grassroots organizations, agriculture, and community involvement.
