• associate positions start $1 above NYS minimum wage. Effective January 1, 2024 our minimum starting wage will increase to $16.00/hour

Some key characteristics we look for in prospective employees include experience and/or interest in the fields of business, food service, hospitality, natural living, grassroots organizations, agriculture, and community involvement.
