Welcome to your co-op! Every item on our shelves is chosen with care—for your health, for our community, and for the earth. This guide explains what we look for (and what we leave out) so you can shop with confidence.
What we promote:
- Whole and minimally processed foods
- Organically grown, biodynamic and certified naturally grown
- Locally grown with organic principles, pesticide-reduced whenever possible
- Our Bulk Department helps eliminate packaging
What we do not knowingly sell:
- Items that contain ingredients or materials that scientific evidence shows may harm people or ecosystems.

Our most recent Food and Product Manual was approved by our member-owner community and went into effect on April 26, 2026. We routinely change this manual to make sure that we keep current on changes in food, vendors and farms and producers. Our current manual covers a wide range of ingredients, including artificial flavors, colors and sweeteners, and GMO ingredients.
