Time TBD: Our very own Wellness Associate and local author Ruth Ann Smalley will be here and HAPPY to sign her books. Sheila Says We’re Weird (But We’re Just Green) is for young readers about recycling, taking care of the earth and spreading the word to unbelievers. Defender of Dirt is a children’s eco adventure novel that follows Rachel and Sam as they work to save the bees, stand up for worms and put an end to the big chicken controversy.
We'll be featuring seasonal Underground Alchemy products. Rebecca Hein, the herbalist behind these well-loved elixirs, salves, and tinctures, will not be available, though you can find her most other Wednesdays in our Wellness Department. Wellness Wednesday Discounts are good all day long on Wednesday, the 18th.
