House-made bacon jam, made with local NY maple syrup and local, pasture-raised nitrate-free bacon and fresh, organic arugula on toasted Rock Hill Sourdough with a sun-dried tomato tapenade spread.
Pesto Chango
April 16th-22nd
Local, pasture-raised nitrate-free bacon; sun-dried tomato pesto; roasted red peppers; & organic spring mix on local ciabatta, toasted and slathered with house-made pesto mayo.
